Terms of Service

1. About SOMARIM
SOMARIM is an AI-native Cognitive-Economic Operating System providing AI-assisted research, reasoning, memory, planning, mission management, agents, tools, connected services, communications, economic workflows and learning capabilities. Available functionality depends on configuration, permissions, service availability and applicable authorization.
2. Eligibility and lawful use
You may use SOMARIM only where you have the legal capacity and authority to do so. You must use the service lawfully and must not use it for fraud, deception, harassment, unauthorized access, abuse, harmful activity, unlawful surveillance, circumvention of security controls, or infringement of another person's rights.
3. Accounts and owner authorization
Some SOMARIM environments may require an invitation, account approval or owner authorization. Submission of an access request does not create an active account or grant permission to use restricted functionality. SOMARIM may deny, suspend or revoke access where necessary for security, compliance, misuse prevention or operational reasons.
4. AI-generated output
SOMARIM uses artificial intelligence and may produce output that is incomplete, incorrect, outdated, ambiguous or unsuitable for a particular purpose. AI output should be reviewed before consequential use. SOMARIM does not guarantee that generated research, recommendations, predictions, code, plans or decisions are accurate or profitable.
5. Human responsibility and consequential decisions
Users remain responsible for decisions and actions taken using SOMARIM. The service is not a substitute for qualified legal, medical, financial, tax, security or other professional advice. High-impact or regulated decisions require appropriate human and professional oversight.
6. Agents, automation and external actions
SOMARIM may support AI agents and automated workflows. Technical capability does not itself constitute authorization. Actions involving external communication, publishing, account changes, financial activity, irreversible operations or production systems may require explicit owner approval, additional permissions or may remain unavailable.
7. Connected third-party services
SOMARIM may integrate with third-party services including social, communication, identity, commerce, development and other platforms. Connections are made through applicable official APIs, OAuth/OIDC flows or other supported mechanisms. Your use of a third-party service remains subject to that provider's own terms, policies, availability and permissions. SOMARIM is not a representative of, and does not claim endorsement by, a third-party platform merely because an integration is available.
8. Credentials and permissions
You must provide only credentials and authorization that you are entitled to use. You should use the minimum permissions necessary for the intended integration. You must not provide another person's credentials without authorization. SOMARIM may restrict or disable integrations when credentials, scopes, provider requirements or security conditions are not satisfied.
9. User content and instructions
You are responsible for content, data, prompts, instructions and materials you submit or connect to SOMARIM, including having the necessary rights and permissions. You must not submit material in a way that violates law, confidentiality obligations, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights or third-party terms.
10. Economic and financial workflows
SOMARIM may support opportunity discovery, experiments, customer workflows, commerce or payment-related integrations. Such functionality does not guarantee revenue, customers, investment returns or commercial success. Financial actions may be restricted, sandboxed or require explicit authorization.
11. Security and responsible operation
SOMARIM is designed with governance, least-privilege principles, controlled execution, auditing and security safeguards. No internet-connected system can be guaranteed completely secure. You should not assume that any system, model, integration or communication channel is risk-free.
12. Availability and changes
SOMARIM is an evolving platform. Features, integrations, models, limits, policies and availability may change, be suspended or be discontinued for technical, security, legal, compliance or product reasons.
13. Intellectual property
SOMARIM and its software, branding, designs and platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of SOMARIM intellectual property to you. Your rights in content you independently own remain yours, subject to any rights necessary to operate the service.
14. Prohibited circumvention
You must not attempt to bypass authentication, authorization, Guardian controls, rate limits, sandbox boundaries, production safeguards, provider permissions or other security mechanisms. You must not use a technical weakness to obtain capabilities or data you are not authorized to access.
15. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by applicable law, SOMARIM is provided on an evolving basis and without guarantees that every feature will be continuously available, error-free, secure or fit for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
16. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, liability arising from use of SOMARIM is limited to the extent legally permitted and does not override mandatory consumer or statutory protections. Nothing here is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
17. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated where reasonably necessary to protect users, the platform, connected services, security, legal compliance or system integrity. You may stop using SOMARIM at any time.
18. Governing law and disputes
Applicable governing law and dispute procedures depend on the legal entity operating the relevant SOMARIM service and the user's applicable mandatory rights. Where a formal legal entity and jurisdiction are designated for a particular SOMARIM product, those details will govern the applicable agreement.

For legal, privacy, security or service questions, use the official contact channel published by SOMARIM. These Terms may be updated as the platform develops. The effective date identifies the current version published on this page.
